Centrifugal Fans and Blowers

Centrifugal fans and blowers use a wheel to draw air into a housing where it is then turned 90 degrees and accelerated radially before exiting the fan housing. Centrifugal blowers draw or push air at high pressures while centrifugal fans draw or push larger volumes of air at lower static pressures. These units are typically used for conveying material in dust collector systems, for pressurizing, or they are used in blow-off systems to remove moisture. Standard models range in size up to 36” and larger units can reach 74”, while offering fractional to 600 horsepower. We offer multiple wheel sizes with multiple housing widths from 50% to 100%, in 5% increments. TAH sells centrifugal fans and blowers that can be either direct drive or belt drive. Models are available in carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel or other heavy-duty materials, and can utilize standard, chemical-duty or explosion proof motors.
